EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

At Headless Nation we pride ourselves on bringing our customers quality crystal jewellery and to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to LOVE your new crystal treasure!

We use the highest quality natural stones and crystals that we have hand selected ourselves to ensure they are up to our high standards. We also use the highest grade jewellers elastic available for our bracelets to ensure you will have your piece for many years to come, however, accidents do happen and we can not offer refunds or exchanges in the case of breakage. 

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds but are happy to exchange in "change of mind" circumstances. We want you to feel like you got the perfect piece from us! Just shoot us through an email with your enquiry and we will happily assist you with your exchange. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

- Products must be unworn and returned in the original packaging.

- Contact must be made with in 3 days of delivery.

- A prepaid envelop with your address must be enclosed with the posted item so we can send your requested handmade treasure.
