1. General Questions

What is your exchange/return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept exchanges in "change of mind" circumstances. If you receive your piece and you are wanting to size up or down this is also fine to do! To start an exchange, please visit our Exchange & Returns policy page and follow the instructions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on carrier's website.

Can I modify my order?

All orders are processed in 24hrs. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we are at markets around the Central Coast or Newcastle most weekends. If you would like to know where we will be on a particular weekend check our socials or email us :)

What bracelet size should I order?

Use a piece of string and measure around your wrist. Choose the size closest to that measurment. If you do choose the wrong size you can always exchange it for the smaller/larger size.

What is kind of elastic are the bracelets made on?

Our bracelets are thread on the highest quality jewellers elastic available. Some clients have had our bracelets for over 6 years! 

How do I care for my Headless Nation jewellery?

We suggest not wearing your jewellery in hot water. Our elastic is extreamly strong, but over time hot water may cause it to weaken. Our Sterling Silver range can be worn in cold water, and we suggest all other metals and collections do not come into contact with water to allow for the longjevity of the metals.

Do you use natural gemstones & crystals?

Absolutly EVERY piece jewellery is handcrafted from natural stones/gemstones/crystals!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay & Afterpay.

Do you offer installment payment options?

We currently only offer Afterpay for installment payments.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery. All orders sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker are sent via Australia Post not our courier service.

You can reach us by emailing headlessnation@gmail.com. We are a little team of two, so currently we do not have a work phone number operational due to time management, this is something we are working on changing in the near furture!

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST...however, this business is OUR LIFE and we care very much about our customers satisfaction & happiness, so don't rule out recieving an email at 10pm if we're still up working!
